The Committee on Agriculture and Natural Resources moved to amend the bill on page 3, section 4, line 11, after the word “Fund” by striking out “except at such time as the income received and accruing from the investments of the State Parks and Recreation Endowment Fund is expended or disbursed for purposes other than maintaining, improving, and preserving the state parks, state forests, state rail trails, and recreational facilities”; and

On page 3, section 4, line 15, by striking out all of subsection (d) and renumbering the remaining subsections.
